For someone living with chronic illness, symptoms and medical history can be difficult to organize and communicate within a short appointment. Important context can be scattered across notes and memories.
What I am building
Health Story is a product for bringing that history into a clearer story a person can share with their clinician. The focus is on useful context for the conversation, rather than expecting someone to arrive with perfectly organized information.
My role
Through Tracecove, I lead the product direction, engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and user-facing experience. This work brings together product judgment and practical systems building.

The current work focuses on making symptom history easier to organize and communicate.
